Our client a five star luxury hotel in Dublin seeks an Event Management Assistant.


Job Description
  • Planning each event to meet customer requirements
  • Selecting venues and organising room layouts, equipment, menus and timetables
  • Making sure that events run smoothly
  • Welcoming guests and delegates
  • Setting up equipment
  • Serving food and drink
Requirements
  • Ideally, previous experience in Event Management
  • Self Motivated
  • The candidate must be able to work as a team member
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused
