Internship: Human Resource Assistant

Our client a leading Human Resources Management Company seeks an an intern to work in their busy office.


Job Description

There are three main divisions in the company, recruitment, training and HR. The duties include:
  • Updating of email database
  • Organisation and creat of badges for conferences
  • Generating new and reformatting programme descriptions
  • Answering phones
  • Shortlisting appropriate CVs for various current vacancies
  • Compiling brochures
  • Input of trainne details into database
  • Partake in interviews for potential employees
  • Scoring personality test
  • Updating elearning system
  • Creating labels and sending mailshots to members
  • Creating excel sheet with client names
