There are three main divisions in the company, recruitment, training and HR. The duties include:
- Updating of email database
- Organisation and creat of badges for conferences
- Generating new and reformatting programme descriptions
- Answering phones
- Shortlisting appropriate CVs for various current vacancies
- Compiling brochures
- Input of trainne details into database
- Partake in interviews for potential employees
- Scoring personality test
- Updating elearning system
- Creating labels and sending mailshots to members
- Creating excel sheet with client names
